1. Overview & Scope

Welcome to CPaaS Technologies ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). As a Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting all personal and telecommunication data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, process, and store information across our website, API infrastructure, customer dashboards, and communication services, as well as third-party integrations (including Meta Platforms such as the WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Ads, and Messenger).

2. Service-Specific Data We Collect

We collect data necessary to provide reliable communication services across our product line:

  • Account & Profile Data: Full name, corporate email address, contact phone number, billing details, company name, and authentication credentials provided during registration.

  • SMS & 2FA/OTP Gateway Data: Recipient phone numbers, sender IDs, SMS message payloads, delivery receipts (DLRs), carrier routing logs, and One-Time Password (OTP) verification records.
  • Voice & IVR Solutions Data: Call Detail Records (CDRs) including originating and destination numbers, call durations, call timestamps, call routing paths, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menu choices, and authorized call recordings.

3. How We Use Information Across Our CPaaS Suite

Information processed by CPaaS Technologies is utilized strictly for service delivery, regulatory compliance, and platform operations:

  • Multi-Channel Messaging Delivery: Routing and transmitting messages, alerts, OTPs, and rich media across SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and Voice networks.
  • Voice & IVR Execution: Processing inbound/outbound automated calls, delivering interactive voice responses, and maintaining telecom Call Detail Records (CDRs).
  • API Authentication & Rate Safeguards: Authenticating REST API calls, validating Webhook tokens, and enforcing API rate limits to prevent denial-of-service or fraudulent activity.
  • Analytics & Campaign Attribution: Tracking message delivery success rates, latency metrics, and campaign conversion performance using tools like Meta Pixel.
  • Regulatory Telecom Compliance: Adhering to local telecommunication laws, DND/Opt-Out regulations, TRAI mandates, and mandatory record-retention obligations.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies, local web storage, and third-party tracking tools (such as Meta Pixel) to maintain active user dashboard sessions, analyze traffic trends, and optimize digital ad campaigns. You can adjust non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our site's cookie consent manager.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing & Carrier Routing

To execute real-time communication flows globally, necessary routing data is shared securely with trusted network operators, telecom carriers, tier-1 SMS aggregators, and Meta Platform infrastructure strictly to deliver your messages and calls. CPaaS Technologies never sells, rents, or trades customer or recipient data to third-party data brokers.

6. Meta (Facebook & WhatsApp) User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta Platform Rules, CPaaS Technologies provides users with clear instructions on requesting the deletion of personal data collected through Meta tools, Facebook Apps, or WhatsApp Business API solutions.

Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill active service contracts or satisfy statutory telecommunication logging mandates (such as CDR retention laws). Expired records are automatically and permanently deleted.
