• Account & Contact Information: Name, business email, mobile phone number, company name, and billing details provided during registration or consultation.
• Communication Telemetry: Timestamp, message status (sent, delivered, failed), operator error codes, and handset delivery receipts (DLR) required to verify telecom delivery.
• Zero Message Content Storage: Transactional SMS and OTP contents are processed in-memory for transit scrubbing and are not permanently archived on our database servers.

We use collected data solely to: (a) route transactional and promotional communications through licensed telecom operators, (b) fulfill TRAI DLT regulatory verification mandates, (c) provide customer technical assistance, and (d) generate accurate tax invoices.
